I’m a Gen Z substitute teacher and political organizer, born and raised in Bayside, Queens. With an Italian father and Colombian mother—both legal professionals—I was raised to value justice, integrity, and public service. As an educator, I’ve seen firsthand how our school system is failing students, and I couldn’t stay on the sidelines. I became an educator for our kids—and I’m running for City Council for the same reason: to fight for bold action on housing, education, and honest leadership that truly serves the people of District 19.
